Outside of select packages listed, The Kind Girl Photography reserves the right to charge the standard hourly fee of $250/hr. for wedding, engagement, and couples photography and $100/hr. for family and children photography. Pricing may vary based on discussion.***

MILEAGE FEES

Mileage fees will apply for locations outside of Sacramento County at $0.30/ mile

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Weddings and Engagements: Require at least 30 or more days notice for cancellations prior to event date. You will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made 15 days or less will receive 50% refund. Should you need to reschedule your event date, please contact me right way and we can discuss new dates and further options ***


Family & Children: Require at least a 2 week or more notice for cancellations prior to the event date. You will receive a full refund. How do you photograph weddings?

I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. We'll collaborate together organizing your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different stages of your day, and must have moments. It's really exciting for me to be there on your wedding day-All I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments, and all the details that make your wedding unique.

How do you photograph Family, Children, and couples?

For family, children, and couples I encourage everyone to be themselves to create candid moments along with posed. All can enjoy being silly and playful which can bring lots of joy to the session. By adjusting to the flow of the moment and environment, this will allow for some of the best moments to be captured and preserved.

How many pictures will we receive?

Please revisit the package that you've selected to determine how many photos you will receive.

Should I bring props for my session?

Depending on season and type of session, I will provide all props and setup. Should you want additional props for session, you are more than welcome to bring them along!

How long are images available?

Wedding & Engagement- Client(s) have 60 days to view and download all available images in their private online gallery. After 60 days, client(s) gallery will be removed. Client(s) are responsible for downloading and retaining their images.

Family, Children, and couples: Client(s) have 30 days to view and download all available images in their private online gallery. After 30 days, client(s) gallery will be removed. Client(s) are responsible for downloading and retaining their images.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm located in Rancho Cordova based in the Sacramento area of California and yes I am willing to travel! I currently service the Northern part of California and go as far as the San Francisco Bay Area. If you want me to photograph your story, this may include a travel fee* and mileage, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to come because I love traveling and seeking new places to visit.

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum of 4 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all photos from the gallery, share them, and choose your favorites!

Indoor and Outdoor sessions

I will be collaborating with you for select location(s). Preferred and primary locations are based outside unless you have a desired inside location in mind and can be confirmed upon discussion.
